3、 投標(biāo)方應(yīng)具備的必要合格條件

3.1 投標(biāo)方總部必須位于上海市、江蘇省或浙江省內(nèi)。

3.2 投標(biāo)方注冊(cè)資本 1.5億或以上。

3.7 擬派項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理資質(zhì)：[建筑工程一級(jí)建造師]。

3.8 擬派項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理具有項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證（B）類(lèi)證件。

3.9 按要求提供項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理近六個(gè)月社保證明(需有社保部門(mén)蓋章)、勞動(dòng)合同書(shū)。

3.10 本項(xiàng)目不允許聯(lián)合投標(biāo)。

3.11 企業(yè)(投標(biāo)方)未處于被責(zé)令停業(yè)、投標(biāo)資格被取消或者財(cái)產(chǎn)被接管、凍結(jié)和破產(chǎn)狀態(tài)。

3.12 企業(yè)(投標(biāo)方)沒(méi)有因騙取中標(biāo)或者嚴(yán)重違約以及發(fā)生重大工程質(zhì)量、安全生產(chǎn)事故等問(wèn)題，被有關(guān)部門(mén)暫停投標(biāo)資格并在暫停期內(nèi)的。

3.13 投標(biāo)方必須提供2023年至2024年的財(cái)務(wù)審計(jì)報(bào)告及2025年1月至6月的財(cái)報(bào)（資產(chǎn)負(fù)債表、利潤(rùn)表和現(xiàn)金流量表）且連續(xù)兩年無(wú)虧損。

3.14 完全滿足招標(biāo)人提供的總包合同招標(biāo)條款。

4、 投標(biāo)方需提交的材料及方式

4.1 資格審查方式： 資格預(yù)審  

4.2 提交報(bào)名資料的截止時(shí)間為：2025年10月24日18時(shí)。

4.3 投標(biāo)方提交報(bào)名資料的方式及說(shuō)明如下：

第一階段投標(biāo)方資格預(yù)審與評(píng)估將以RFI（Request for information）的形式通過(guò)招標(biāo)人Ariba流程進(jìn)行線上信息收集，操作說(shuō)明如下：

  1). 投標(biāo)方在采招網(wǎng)上提供公司全稱、公司所在城市、郵編、聯(lián)系人姓名、手機(jī)、郵箱信息。

  2). 招標(biāo)人收集以上基本信息后進(jìn)行Ariba系統(tǒng)用戶新建。

  3). 投標(biāo)方收到來(lái)自Ariba的系統(tǒng)郵件，根據(jù)下方視頻指導(dǎo)完成注冊(cè)。

4、 Materials and methods to be submitted by the bidder
